MUSIC

Along with writing, I also make a partial living for myself as a musician.

I know, I'm a walking cliche.

Music has always been something that came naturally to me, unlike gardening which is a constant struggle. I was put into piano lessons at an early age, took up guitar when I was 13 and started writing my own music shortly after.

While living and working in Canada during 2010/2011, I started playing music more professionally. An open mic night one Wednesday in early November literally snowballed my ski-town experience and I ended up becoming a part-time musician in Banff - paid in either alcohol or money. I preferred money.

I am hoping to get into a recording studio in the near future and see how much further I can take my music. Until then, bootleg copies of my work is about as good as it's going to get.
